Project Manager, Humanoid Deployments

About the role

Humanoid robots are leaving the lab. At HIVE Robots, we build the software that makes them a reliable workforce working together with humans: robots with two arms, two legs and five-finger hands, restocking supermarket shelves and taking on tasks on production lines.

Our customers are some of Denmark's largest industrial and retail companies. You own the customer, the plan and the delivery. You write the offer, get the team moving, keep everyone aligned and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. When a pilot works, you turn it into the next phase. Very few people get to say they've put humanoid robots to work. This job will make you one of them.

What you'll do

• Be the customer's go-to person at HIVE, from kick off to robots in operation
• Write offers, project plans, budgets and contracts for projects nobody has done before
• Brief the team, follow up and make sure there's visible progress every week
• Keep customers, developers and robots moving in the same direction as scope and priorities change
• Spot risks and blockers early, before they turn into problems
• Turn successful pilots into production rollouts and grow every customer into the next phase
• Bring humanoids to trade fairs, customer demos and events, from robot transport and setup to following up on the leads
• Keep projects on track for time, budget and quality

What we look for

• 3 to 5+ years of track record running successful projects and on-time deliveries, ideally in software or AI development
• Technical enough to earn the respect of engineers, and commercial enough to always ask what the customer actually needs
• You thrive running several customer projects in parallel and keep each one moving without losing the overview
• You know project methodologies like agile, Scrum and stage-gate. You reflect on what works and what doesn't, and you find new ways forward when the plan stops working.
• You're proactive and a doer. You don't wait to be asked, and you close loops.
• You build trust with customers through clear, honest dialogue
• Native Danish speaker with strong English, written and spoken
• Structured but pragmatic: you use AI tools in your daily work, write a solid budget and still move fast
• You get excited, not nervous, when the robot does something unexpected in front of a customer

Bonus experience

• Knowledge of robotics, automation or hardware projects (not a requirement, we'll teach you)
• Experience with industrial or retail customers
• Commercial experience with upselling and growing existing accounts
