Candidate privacy notice
HIVE Robots ApS is the data controller for the information you share when you apply. Version 2026-09-v1.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, the answers you give in the application form, and any files you attach — typically a CV and optional portfolio material. If you sign up for job notifications we store your email address, any name you give us, and the consent you gave.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, to contact you about the role, and to keep a record of our hiring decisions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Job notification emails are sent on the basis of your consent.
Who can see it
Only the HIVE colleagues involved in hiring for the role. Attachments are stored in private storage and are never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
Applications are deleted automatically 6 months after you submit them. If you opt into our talent pool when you apply, we keep them for 12 months instead. Deletion removes your application, your answers, and your uploaded files; we keep only anonymous counts that cannot identify you. Job notification signups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — use the data request page or write to jobs@hiverobots.dk. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
